If you have come to my site because you are looking for a yoga teacher in the western suburbs, allow me to introduce myself.

​

I have been practicing yoga for fifteen years. Following the birth of my children, I swapped my desk job for a four year yoga teacher training course at the Ecole Française de Yoga. I became hooked on everything related to movement, obtaining several complementary qualifications both here in France and abroad: 

​

• Professional Yoga Teaching Certificate   (l"EFY) and (FFP) 

• Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga (The Movement Tree)

• Rainbow kids teacher training certificate (Rainbow Kids)

• Restorative Exercise Specialist Certificate (Nutritious Movement)

​

 

I offer classes in French and English, to men and women, before and after pregnancy, to kids and seniors. The style of yoga that I offer doesn't require any particular level of physical performance: it's accessible for everyone.
